Position Summary

The GDS Customer Experience Intern provides administrative and clerical assistance to the GDS Customer Experience and Executive Business Review (EBR) Teams. Duties include assisting with EBR documentation and presentation prep, conducting surveys for key customers, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform clerical duties, such as, maintain files, organize documents; create documents etc. based on customer-facing content
  • Preparing information and research materials for customer-facing content
  • Have regular touch point calls or meetings with our customers
  • Performs other duties as assigned based on department need.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Must be able to have consistent and regular attendance.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Experience in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Tableau (or similar programs) required.
  • Experience and comfort in customer-facing roles required.
  • Current valid driver's license (identification card).
